Swimming pool was the only benefit this accommodation offered. Managed by a body corporate unlike the actual accommodation.

Room not as advertised. Uncooperative customer service after checking in. My concerns as described below were ignored and the property still expected a good review. Totally oblivious or worse turning a blind eye. Cleanliness was very disappointing. Hair, cockroaches dirty walls, sofa bed had no linen as we booked for 3 adults and a child Spare duvet for the sofa bed had stains from liquid or body fluid. Toilet seat not properly fixed. Kettle was dirty beyond dirty? Overall a dirty, filthy depressing unit. Uncared and unloved. Even days after checking out have had no response from either the accommodation or the booking agent.

Came late to give key + didnt return deposit money by not answering phone calls.

I liked that it was centrally located with a nearby convenience store and food stalls.

Internet was spotty.

This is a quiet and comfortable apartment. As a solo traveler, i think it is an excellent place to rest and plan or get organized. I recommend taking time at the pool also. Arcadia Beach Resort is in a friendly area with many food options.

It was hard to get the keys at first as we called the host on arrival to collect the key but no one answered and we were informed of the number of block and room only when we arrived in Arcadia. However in case of any questions the reaction was fast. In several hours I informed the aircon is running the master came and fixed it.

Swimming pool area are very dangerous for children

The pools are fantastic. Walking 3 laps around the pools in the morning and 3in the evening is enough to get 10,000 steps in for fitness. The condo was a bit small, but that made it easy for the 2 air conditioners to quickly cool off the rooms. The refrigerator was tiny and could easily fit a medium one in the space provided. Condo was missing a few items to help clean, and organize, like a broom, small towels, a frying pan and some silverware. Also needed shower hooks to hang towels in the shower. I bought all of the aforementioned including stick on hooks with Command removable adhesives. Maybe $30-40 at the 20bant store nearby. It was like setting up a new apartment while just starting out, kinda fun. I left all items behind for the next tenants
