Apartments walls were dirty, staff only by message with late reply

Be careful! Do not go there! Scammers, thieves, violent man.

We have been waiting for an hour in the sun, for someone to come over and give us the apartment keys, realising we are not allowed in the parking lots. The apartment was dirty and smelled like smoke. bedsheets stained. Dirty bathroom, the toilet seat was horrible-so as the shower and water drain was not flowing. We complained to the manager, they sent new bedsheets and Took pictures of the mess in the property. 3 days later at the checkout they said we need to pay for the damages. It was a scam!! They held our deposit money- would not give it back. After filming them and not agreeing with them-they called a bully man to terrify us, he used violence. We got it all on video! It ended with us calling the tourist police- and one of the workers gave us the money back . It was an horrific, humiliating experience. Don’t go there.
