No towels in rooms

This was horrible. No phone for emergency in room. Dirt and crap behind bed.[pulled out the bed because plug was messed up. had to pull out the plug for wall light, because it was sparking. I could have been burned up from a possible fire. Only one wash cloth and one hand towel to take shower. No bath towel in room. TV had drip stains of some white goop on it. The tub looked old and dirty. So no shower for me that night. People were drinking in breezeway and laughing. Scary place. Front was closed for the night, and I was told to call a number if needed anything. No phone. This was the worst place I have ever had to stay. Left the next morning. Never to return. I would like a refund and wanted to call your company. but chat sucks. I could never reach anyone about this situation. Days Inn by Wyndham was the worst in York, Alabama. Not anything like I expected from your adds on the web site.

I was moved three times overnight to different rooms that lacked one thing or another. Two of the three rooms did not have running water and I left my reservation a day early at a loss

The room was very dirty to me, there wasn't any hot water and the bed was dusty. I wasnt at all happy so i left and went to another hotel.

We had ants in our room told the lady at front she said she will let someone know no one came to check it out no other room was offered most plugs and lights in room did not work this was the only hotel in town so we had to stay . No breakfast just snacks

2 guests one bath towel, no hand towels, no coffee maker. Service at this hotel was below the standards of other Days Inn hotels I have stayed. The remote did not work on the television. The bed was very comfortable.

Very dirty, multiple broken items in the room. Smelled like cigarettes when we booked a smoke free room.

Everything needs updated! It smelled awful, dirty. The tub and toilet had stains that wouldn't come off...I complained about it and I was told that Housekeeping wasn't available at the time and the desk clerk gave me a can of Comet, plastic gloves, and towels to clean it and said he didn’t have a brush! There was no tissue like Kleenex in tge tussye box and when I explained what Kleenex was, he said they didn't supply that and gave me a roll of toilet tissue! The garmet rack had a nail coming out of it and it wasn't secured to the wall, it shook bad when we hung our garmetbags on it. The bath towels were thin, rough and not the best. There were coffee packs with no coffee maker. Microwave and fridge were horrible and so-called dining table was cheap, cigarette burned, raggedy. The sheets were the cleanest found in the room! The blanket under the comforter was thin and terribly looking. There once was carpet in the room and I found out the hard way: I went to the bathroom and didn’t put my houseslippers on and stepped on a carpet strip with staples laying right at the bathroom entrance! Going down the stairsteps, there was an old chicken bone...it had been there for a while...it was dirty, spider webs, birds nest on the light fixture, bird poop on the stairway....just nasty!!! I didn’t see any hot breakfast and I don't know where it would have been because there was no place for dining. The office furniture is so tattered and mismatched! I have pictures! I can show you!

For the price and the convenience, it was a good deal
