We enjoyed our stay at loft apartment which gives you enough space and isolation within guests. Close to the beach and restaurants, shopping, and other sites

Only two sets of towels and wash cloths for the duration for your stay. Tv is old and has no cable service. Laundry room is dirty. Hot water only works for shower, not tub for some reason. Bed was really comfortable and communication was great.

It was amazing, I would stay here again and again. It had everything you need.

The property inside the unit is nice. Decor is nice. Smelled fairly well. Stairs are to small. Going upstairs is not hard but coming down stairs felt unsafe. The stairs outside the property are small too. The bathroom is only downstairs in the loft so if you get up a lot in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, that could be an issue. The ac was set automatically at 70 and could not be controlled by the control. It was not super hot but I prefer to be able to control it when we sleep. The ac is almost at the roof so you have no access to it In order to adjust manually. But what I couldn’t take was the bed. The bed was hard. It felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. We reserved for two nights. We only stayed that night. The front door seemed like it had been broken into. And there is NO parking. Street parking IF you can find any. Overnight in the street cost 97.00! We got there late, about 10:30pm. Finally found a parking lot that was available about 2 blocks from hotel and it cost 40 a night. I would not return to this hotel. I’m sorry. It’s very convenient for those wanting to hang in the beach and maybe don’t have a car. It is Close to the beach and many restaurants.

We enjoyed that the property was on the beach and in walking distance of many places. The property owner was also responsive in communication. We did enjoy the amount of safety that was present. There were many police officers and security guards nearby to feel protected. The parking was a bit expensive and difficult to find. Our main issue was with the water temperature. We had issues with the hot water and sent a video to fix the breaker. Unfortunately, the property did not have anyone to come out to check the water until the next day. It is not pleasant showing in cold water.

Great property and location. Tried to charge me an extra $800 for a fully prepaid booking. Unfortunate way to start the trip. Luckily Expedia customer service was excellent.

The listing States there's on site parking which there is not. They do not have a parking lot. Anytime I went out with my car I would come back and have to find parking on the street which took 20 to 30 minutes minimum sometimes I even had to park four or five streets away just to get a spot. There were would look like bloody boogers in the sheets. There was a dehumidifier in the property that I had to dump just about every day and ran constantly. Walls are very thin can hear everything The Neighbors are doing specially at night. The bed is just a mattress and a spring frame and every time you move it squeaks.

Visit Hollywood Beach often. The small kitchen is a great add over a normal hotel room. TV area is nice to relax in. Bathroom clean and new. Only concern is parking. We had no issues finding a spot but during busier times it might be an issue. Will definitely stay here again!!

Contrary to listing, they do not provide accessible parking. They access an app that gets you city parking which means that you can pay the city $22 a night for street parking. Street. Parking is available outside of the hotel when it's empty, and anywhere along Hollywood would be beach. That means you might be parking in front of the hotel or you may be parking blocks away. That's just one of the horrendous bait and switch routines that this hotel offered. The property itself is unkempt unsafe unappealing.
