property was clean and had a great location. parking was the only snag

There was no one to help with check in at a property that was described as a loft with image of a tall building when in fact it was a single storey four corner building with what looked like an attic. We phoned the Ebookers number and spoke to a man for about an hour about the lack of checking in conditions and personnel available to help, and after trying to book us to another property he declined to do so, and we had to find a hotel to book in. We did not stay at the property and herewith claim reimbursement of the money we paid Ebookers for this booking. Ricardo Chavez-Munoz

Lovely apartment - comfortable, clean, well equipped and just a block back from beach. Great communication from hosts, fast responses.

Bed made a lot of noise when you turned

Love this place the only thing they could work on. Is the parking arrangements

It’s nice but they need a larger dehumidifier. They need a fan upstairs bc when the ac turns off it gets hot in the bed. They need towel hooks. The sofa is not comfy, but who really stays inside when outside is the beach. It was perfect for our trip!

The proximity to the beach was convenient. Overall, no complaints about this property.

This was my most enjoyable stay while visiting Hollywood Beach. I can’t say enough about great the experience was. The customer service was top of the line. I appreciated the option for an early check in which got my 4 day trip off to a nice start. The loft was so nice and clean just as pictured online. The location is convenient. I really can’t wait to come back for another visit.. I’ve been telling everyone I know that this is definitely the place to stay!
