Big room with a comfy king sized bed. Light and airy room with big bay windows and a great view of the bay. Delicious breakfast.

Breakfast was good, staff nice, location was on the seafront

Room was a bit cluttered, too much furniture, Shower was lacking in power, not a lot of flow of water, needs a new shower

This B&B is in a good location, just slightly outside the centre so nice and quiet. Parking on street at front and there are a few spaces at the rear. It’s really clean, breakfast is good and the host is lovely. No complaints about anything. Have stayed here twice now and will again.

The room with sea view was lovely. Pauline was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was really nice.

What an absolute gem of a guesthouse. Exceptionally clean and everything you need within your room. Breakfast was beautiful a fantastic start to the day.

Only negative was for myself was the pillows weren't comfy.

Pauline the host gave clear instructions for our arrival. Room was very clean with all amenities and plenty of hangers. Lovely shower over corner bath. (Room 4), Comfortable bed. Towels were really soft and fluffy and changed daily if required. The location was central for visiting our brother in law and family in Lancaster and right on the sea front. The area felt very safe with plenty of parking on the main street in front of hotel.

There was no fan in the room but to be fair I am sure if we had asked one would have been available as it was a very hot few days during our stay.

Try good location. Really nice sea view from room. Excellent breakfast, fresh and good options for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Host was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
