The Ashley

A lovely guest house with both our room and the breakfast room looking over Morecambe Bay. The room was a good size and well-furnished, the host was friendly and accommodating.

Perfect stay, clean, comfortable, good WiFi. Warmly welcomed with a pot of coffee and biscuits on arrival which was much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, probably the best omelette I've had. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Was pretty good. Basis facilities but worked fine. No secure parking. Host was helpful and made us a great takeaway breakfast as we had an early ferry to catch!

The parking situation was a concern as bikes get stolen all the time.

The Ashley was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed a first class cooked breakfast. The room was lovely overlooking the bay. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

There was nothing not to like

I booked this for my parents , this is what they told me . We had a warm welcome from Pauline. Our room was spotless with an amazing sea view. Our bed was comfy and soft fluffy towels in bathroom. Excellent variety at breakfast and easy parking. Also little personal touches made a difference ( bottles of water and wagon wheels in our room every day. Would totally recommend staying here.
