The Ashley

Very clean and comfortable room with stunning sea view...lovely breakfast and friendly welcome.

We could not fault the Ashley in any way. Welcoming, spotless and the breakfast was fantastic. We will recommend the Ashley and definitely return.

There was nothing to dislike, it was a perfect stay.

Pauline was a very welcoming host. The room was comfortable, spacious and spotless with superb views across Morecambe Bay. The delicious breakfasts were served in a lovely bright room overlooking the prom.

Had everything I wanted. Great sleep, very quiet all night and bed comfortable. Tasty breakfast. Easy parking.

Warm welcome with pot of tea and biscuits. Sea view was lovely. Delicious breakfast. Very comfy bed and white fluffy towels.

The breakfast was very good, offering a selection to suit most palates. The location was ideal being a pleasant 20 minute stroll to shops, cafes etc. Being on the seafront, it was enjoyable walking along the promenade.

A very firm mattress and less than comfy pillows. Again, this is a personal taste so the aforementioned may suit others. Sadly, no heating in bed area or bathroom. The proprietrix explained a fuse may have caused the problem. She did supply a heater for bed area but towel rail in bathroom remained cold throughout.

The property is managed with care for quality and guest comfort, spotless and Owner managed this is my second visit and consistently good , Imagine a polar opposite of Fawlty towers and you are in the ball park
