Clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Everywhere was super clean. The breakfast room was lovely, looking out over the bay. Lots of variety at breakfast. We had the full Lancashire which was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

We had a welcoming reception & very kindly accommodating to us. The room was lovely with an exceptional view. It was cosy & fascinating watching the bay in the morning. The breakfast was excellent.

Fast WiFi, comfortable bed, great shower, freshly cooked breakfast. The owner was very helpful and did breakfast early for me as I needed to get away. The best place I've stayed in Morecambe by far.

Room was very clean and tidy. Hot water didn't work one night though , was rectified and night but by that time we had gone out

The room was bright and spacious and the bed was comfortable. This room might not suit people who have trouble with stairs as it was on the top floor but we loved it as it was very quiet and the views of the sea and lake district were amazing. The owner gave us some ideas on places to visit and eat. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. Would definitely recommend.
