Stillwell Hotel

In March it's very quiet without a great many people around. We we expecting it to be quiet. The only downside for some people would I think be fairly limited menu over summer (understandable) but also we could hear the conversation of the couple in the next room. Didn't bother us but if you paid a lot for accommodation to ski in Winter I think that might be disappointing. Great base for a hiking tour. very unusual location,

Nothing really jut things to be alert to.

The location is amazing, pretty secluded but the best hotel if you want to do the summit or main range hike .

Small things like the windowsill and side tables had some dust on them.

The hotel had a really relaxed vibe. We loved that there was a guest space where we could put some food in the fridge for our walk the next day. We loved that we could get adjoining rooms. And the Manager, she is amazing! She was doing everything, and everything with a smile. Very accommodating.

Simple things like a washer in the bathroom. After a big walk, the first thing you want to do, after taking your shoes off, is wash your face. But this is such a small thing. Thanks Stillwell

I love that it's so close to hiking trails.

It's not quiet, you can easily hear through the walls.
