BreaKfast was fine, choice of eggs etc or cereal, toast etc. Nice coffee. Not a buffet, but good choices

It was good. Seemed a bit quiet, so not quite the ski chalet experience, but great to have the facility open in summer, making bush walking much more accessible.

The location to the hikes.

Location and the friendly service. Staff were always happy to help and go the extra mile to keep us happy.

The room didnt have a tv and the bar closed at 7:30pm. Not alot to do after that time in the summer months.

I gave visited Charlotte Pass on several previous occasions, staying at the Chalet

no room fridge nor even small table. the shared "quiet room" had a fridge but none of the other necessary facilities such as sinks and surrounds, benches for preparing breakfast and snacks, let alone any food brought for dinner. the cafe had a very limited menu of fatty foods that I would otherwise would not have eaten.

The quiet room need a kettle, toaster and sink

Conveniently located, has everything you need

No access to balconies and there was no kitchenette facilities in the “quiet room”

Expect very basic and you won’t be disappointed. The location is excellent

The restaurant is less than pub standard. No microwave or facilities in the room. No bench or table in the room and kettle was in the wardrobe without a power point there so you need to use a bedside table for the kettle. Also have to fill it with a cup as it won’t go close to fitting under the vanity tap.
