I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and Kimberly at the front desk made it even better. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. Kimberly greeted me with a warm smile, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude truly stood out. Thank you, Kimberly, for making my visit so pleasant!

Location was perfect! Not far from the beach but not in the large crowds. Atmosphere was cozy and spacious! Rooms were clean and had everything I needed. The value for what you received was just right. Quiet place to just relax. Service was above and Beyond specifically Kimberley! Not enough words to describe her attentiveness to detail and care. Plenty of food and drinks options and amenities to keep you entertained.

This hotel is in a perfect location. The hotel is clean, comfortable and very cozy. The staff and management provided excellent service. Special thanks to Mr. PETER and KIMBERLY for going out their way and getting our family tickets for the Water Taxi. It made us feel so special. Thanks so much from Dennis, Tarsha and Juliet !!

Aly at Valet is amazing! Made my friend and I’s trip easy! Very helpful finding the jet ski rentals and had great recommendations! Thank you Aly!

This getaway was very special go my husband and I. Unwinding for work an having fun relaxing time away. The parking which was not mentioned about valets parking and an additional $55+ per night. The room th first night my husband had an asthma attack and could not sleep in the bedroom. After paying for a king suite and could not enjoy the stay. After trying to figure out what was causing my husband having persist couch. We saw the entire bed head was full of dust. There is absolutely no attention to details when it comes to cleaning. I brought this to the attention to the front desk clerk and her response was " they will let manager know." No apologize for the inconvenience and they will work on addressing the issue. Also they were having a personal conversation on the phone about another guess. This was our first time staying at this hotel and will not recommend to friends and my families. No consideration for the ART of retaining quality customers service.
