Sehr netter Empfang, schönes Zimmer. Ruhig, obwohl mitten in Stadt!

Comfortable bed. Excellent facilities. Pristine clean. Good shower. Excellent breakfast. Affordable parking. Great location. Marvelous staff. User friendly instructions throughout.

The location was perfect, very close to everything but still quiet. Beautiful, safe neighborhood. The room was nice and comfortable, getting in with a late check in time was still very easy. The owner was very kind and cooked some lovely hot food to order in the morning. The value was by far the best in the area and included breakfast! If and when I return to Plymouth I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Minimal to no issues, no lift of course so if you have trouble with a flight of stairs or do make sure of what floor you're on!

Beautifully cooked breakfast - eggs and/or bacon, but not the full English. Good range of cereal choices, with the added extra of mixed seeds. Excellent selection of teas. Lovely touches in the bedroom - coasters, cotton wool balls, flannel. Really comfortable bed with a fantastic choice of pillows.

Wi-fi was rather temperamental in my room, but the host did his best to sort it out. I was worried that the fan from the bathrooom adjoining my shower room would keep me awake, but thanks to the fresh air in Plymouth, there was nothing to worry about,

Have stayed here previously and found it to be very satisfactory. Very comfy and a wonderful location near some nice local spots The owner is a very nice chap too

The hosts were friendly and very accommodating; and Paul provided great suggestions on places to visit near Plymouth, which was much appreciated. The property is a short distance from Plymouth Hoe with its stunning.views nearby; and very quiet. The property was immaculate throughout.
