The house is perfectly situated within walking distance of The Hoe, Barbican and city centre. The room and all the facilities were spotlessly clean, Paul was very welcoming and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast, but I was told it was excellent.

Good location and easy to reach from the city centre on foot. Breakfast was tasty and served promptly. The room was as expected, immaculately clean, even included a robe which was useful as the bathroom was separate to the room.

Only small issue was that the Wifi connection kept dropping out when I was trying to work on my laptop, however this may have been my laptop as my phone was fine. The owners gave me an alternative connection to try in an effort to improve this. It wasn't a big deal though and would stay again without hesitation.

To close to town like 3 min away,(location), accommodation in good state as well,its nice & calm too

The proximity to the coach station as we were travelling on the 1am service, the superbly clean room, the comfy beds
