The number of rooms, comfort, close distance to the city centre.

If we had been staying for a longer trip I would have found the lack of pleasing city views depressing but for this short trip it wasn’t a problem. The set of steps to the top floor were a bit scarily steep for us old folks. However, the close proximity to York Centre and the rest of the property far outweighed my personal negatives. We will certainly come again.

The location was really good , it was fab to have a parking permit too . We all said the beds were so comfortable and we slept like logs

Can’t fault the property

The house is in a great location for exploring York. It is spacious and there was good communication from the host prior to arrival.

The bed in the grey bedroom was not comfortable and the stairs to the attic bedroom are quite steep.

Great location. Parking permit included for on-street parking. Property itself was rough around the edges and could do with a refresh. As a crash pad, this is all you need.

Pleasant house with nicely decorated rooms.

Would have liked to have some more time in the morning before leaving.

Everything was clean and tidy, in a nice location also would definitely recommend

Excellent location, beautifully clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but it would be wonderful for a longer stay. Very impressed with the high quality of appliances and provision of everything youd need to be self catering. Communication before arrival was great and we had no trouble finding it or accessing the property. We were extremely pleased, thank you!

Location is good.

Windows in bedroom couldn't be opened. No clothes-hanger could be found.

Very easy to access the property, the key was in a key lock outside at the side of the door. I was given the key code a couple of days prior to attending the propriety.
