Very central, location is excellent. Very spacious. Very reasonable price compared to other properties.

It is a little tired looking which gives the appearance of being a bit grubby but overall we did find it to be clean and it didn’t affect our stay.

"Too short!"

Lovely Decor and Very quiet in spite of its central location.

The handle to the front door is broken, and the door nob comes off in your hand when you close it. There is a high risk of someone accidentally knocking the spindle through and locking themselves out.

"Excellent location close to York Centre"

The location was excellent for the activities in York. The house was lovely, had everything you needed for a short stay. Was excellent value for money.

The beds in all rooms were very uncomfortable, and some of the furniture had seen better days.
