Staff was very nice, and facility was clean. Room was smaller than we had anticipated, but had everything we needed. We did request a ground floor room, and we were pleasantly happy with that result.

Small room, but we could have done better research on that, so not a problem directed at hotel.

It was your typical continental... highly processed foods meant to resemble to look and texture of real food.

The rooms could use a good overall cleaning and some updates. The hotel is starting to show its age.

Breakfast was typical of a hotel. Location to the aquarium was great.

Check-in was a nightmare. Took an hour to get our rooms. By then both kids woke back up and weren't ready for sleep. The worker was extremely slow and had no since of urgency even though there were about 7 families standing around trying to get in. The TV didn't work the first night, wifi password never worked. The pool was off colored. The beds were itchy and very springy. The walls are paper thin. Good luck trying to get any sleep.

Everything! The entire place was so clean. The staff was the most friendly I’ve experienced. At first I was nervous as we had luggage on top of the car but there was security everywhere! The breakfast was amazing! We are literally planning our next visit.

Nothing it was amazing.
