It was close to the hospital my uncle was in

I was charged 3 times for a room said I cancelled 1 room when I never did I don't care what it showed on their end I rented 2 rooms NOT 3 and stayed in the rooms and got up and left the next morning after my uncle passed away in the ICU. I was hardly even in the room I went there to sleep after being at the hospital all day saying our goodbyes . Then had to wait weeks to get refunded the 115$ for the room I never cancelled.

I am a volunteer diver at WOW, and I live in Williamsburg, MO. It's a perfect location for me.

The comforter in my first room had a stain, so I showed it to the front desk, and they moved me to another room.

Your Carts that you put your lugage looked nice but not practical !!

Great location, clean and pleasant atmosphere. Staff was very kind and considerate.

Requested early check-in however they said it was not booked that way

We liked the location, pool and hot tub. Staff was very friend and helpful

WiFi was terrible. I have an autistic child who loves his tablet and we could not get connection. Also the lighting in the parking lot is horrible. It is so dark out there. The sign lights were out as well. Bass pro shop looks wonderful but they need to go we the lodge a little more attention.

The Complimentary Breakfast was Hot and Plentiful. The Pillows were Awesome along with the Bed.

The Pool Hours, it Opened too Late.
