The bed was extremely comfortable.

Upgrade shower was poorly done a lot of water stains furniture in room needs to be upgraded. I had to switch rooms because the couch was literally coming apart in the first room.

The front desk associate was wonderful! When we got to our room initially, the table was peeling apart with lots of jagged edges not safe for the children and there was mold underneath the mattress, and she immediately got us into another room and walked through with us to make sure all was well before walking away. I really appreciated her! And the price was very reasonable. We have stayed here for many years in the past.

The first room we were given had a table that was peeling apart with lots of jagged edges not safe for the children and there was mold underneath the mattress. When we were moved to the next room it was much better, but the mattress still had stains all over it. Also, the next morning when we were at breakfast the cleaning lady was hovering over us trying to clean up (I understand it was time to pickup). But she would come and take things like the serving dishes or condiments when we set them down before we were finished trying to get breakfast finished for our 3 children. She was very rude.
