The tub is dirty
USPeeling wallpaper, flooded carpet in the lobby for 2 days, no a/c in the hallway, leaking toilet and sink, stairwell door propped open, parking lot lights over the entry not working.

Outside property is dirty, it’s dark ,people hang around on the back side. Once you enter the floor seems like they have never sweep or mopped the floor. Tables and chairs are dirty. Something is not right with this hotel. Police have to check for sex trafficking and drugs. My first room was a mess disgusting. Bed made me itch .
USUSUSThe elevator doesn't work. The facilities were filthy, including the room, and there were no clean towels. The staff is rude and racist. They initially put me in a room on the 5th floor, but despite my explanation, they moved me to the 3rd floor and told me to cancel, but they wouldn't refund my money. That's why they treat people this way—to steal paid reservations and put a relative at reception. The hotel used to be good, but now it's a drug-ridden dump. It's filthy, and we're never going back to that rat-infested, shitty hotel.
USIt was quite, convenient to where I needed to be and the bed was very comfortable.
No housekeeper after a certain hour.

Elevator out of service, only room available was on 4th floor. I'm calling BS on that. I'm 63 with bad knees and bad back. Those stairs were torture on me. Then the breakfast was horrible. Link sausage, boiled eggs and cereal were only choices. Will never book there again.
