L'hôtel est bien situé. La proximité de Tenderloin peut inquiéter, mais l'emplacement est très bien, il est 3 blocks de Tenderloin. c'est bon. L'hôtel propose une salle de jeu en sous-sol avec un billard, un babyfoot et quelques autres jeux. Ils ne sont pas neufs, mais c'est plaisant.

L'hôtel est assez grand et l'accès au second batîment est un peu complexe et surtout, la propreté des chambres est très limite. moquette du sol pas nette, poussière crasseuse sur les plinthes. ... Un peu dommage vue les prix et la promesse de l'hôtel. Le service de chambre a oublié une fois de venir la nettoyer.
