I had late check out and the hotel charged twice. I noticed that and email to the hotel on May 9th and no one has respond to me until a local friend of mine help me sort it out. Until now, the hotel still didn’t explanation or properly apologise the inconvenience causes. The experience is really awful and very disappointing! Also, the front staff an Asian guy who is very rude and unhelpful. And the hotel never did the house keeping during my stay.

"Cozy place in SF downtown"

This is our 4th times, and didn’t fail us! The room are fantastic, nice, clean, and comfy. The location is perfect close to downtown with great value. Their staff are awesome especially, Maria - she is so cheerful, nice, friendly and welcoming, we always tried to come back here if we come to SF. Very recommended place to stay.

Loved the rock ‘n’ roll, psychedelic San Fran vibe! Stayed in suite 301 for extra room for our family of four, including two late-teen boys. Games room was terrific. Pullout couch mattress was not feasible to sleep on—the only downside. Staff were awesome. Thanks, Lina and Ben!

"A hidden gem!"

I stayed at the Zeppelin for the first time last night. I picked it blind off Hotel Tonight, and it was a wonderful surprise . Maria welcomed me with a big smile at the front desk and gave me great advice on local food and parking. The room was spotless and quiet and I loved the industrial desk and workspace. The vibe is fun, the game room was a great bonus, and the bed was very comfortable . Very good value and a great stay! Thanks and I will be back.

Starting with my check-in, Lina greeted me with a smile and was the epitome of hospitality. She was sincere and engaged. Helpful with my booking and arranging a different room due to my preference. "Try one of the hotels down the street"

Everything was a little dingy and dirty. The furniture was stained, there were stains on the wallpaper, dead cockroaches in the game area. My friends had to be moved rooms twice because their rooms had not been cleaned.
