It was a great stay with a convenient location near my work and friendly staff. Jazmine and Ben were especially helpful they assisted me with storing my luggage at checkout and recommended a great restaurant.

Location is good, you can reach anywhere in a short time by subway or taxi.

I’m sorry to mention this, but there was often a smell coming from the bathroom into the room.

Great customer service! Jazmne went above and beyond to assist me during check-in, and the entire front desk team was friendly and attentive Ben, Marie, and Jossel were all incredibly kind. I stayed here for five nights, and the staff consistently made sure everything in my room was in order. The room itself was clean and comfortable—no complaints at all.

I chose Hotel Zeppelin for the convenient location near things I wanted to do in the city, which were all downtown, and the pleasant atmosphere inside the hotel. Located on a quiet block of Post Street, you are still walking distance to Union Square, and in my case, the Aveda school for my hair appointment. I was given an excellent rate by Maria, and the staff were gracious. Jazz upgraded my room feee of charge and I felt at home. The comfortable bed helped me catch up on my sleep, as I was jet lagged from travel. Also, modern bathroom and shower— a long hot shower helped after being cramped on a plane.

Great place to stay downtown, clean comfortable & friendly. Our room was super nice - recommended.

I love this hotel. This is our second time staying here and my husband and I really enjoy staying here. We had the standard room with queen bed, room was quaint, super clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Maria and Josiel at the front desk. Location is so ideal, it’s a short walk to Union Square where one can enjoy the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again, and again and again.

This is a gem of a boutique hotel. Very upscale and classy. It is Beautifully decorated inside. I like the modern touches. The beautiful Maria at the front desk booked me in for 3 days. She was friendly , courteous and professional.
