The state wasn't really that bad. However, they had no coffee to offer us at our rooms to making the little coffee pots that were available because they said they were out of regular coffee. They only had decaf, and in order to have coffee, had to be purchased at the Bristo for $5.91 a cup. I feel if that was the case and coffee is offered at your reservation. We should have gotten some sort of restitution towards the coffee purchased at de Bristo.

The room was musty and the shower faucet was unsafe. Also burnt us.

It was at the air port

Looking out my window saw the garbage pile that’s behind the fence by the pool. It wasn’t very pleasing to look at.

Great stay as always. Excellent staff and great dining at the bistro

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.Only complaint was our coffee machine in the room did not work. As we left the hotel at 4am , I did mention it to the front desk and she offered to make up a cup before we had to leave to catch our flight. Very nice staff. Definitely would recommend hotel.

Great stay. Room 230 did smell a bit musky like wet carpet. But won’t affect my survey. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here in the last year. It didn’t smell like this before.
