"Wouldn’t allow booking change by one day"

Booked on hotels.com. Needed to change it by 1 day but hotel refused so I lost my entire payment with zero value. It was 6 weeks ahead of the booking. I will never use this hotel. No reason to be so uncharitable. Simply changing a reservation by one day would have greatly helped me and not hurt the hotel at all. Instead, they chose to be harsh. I won’t cancel the reservation. I’d rather leave the room empty than let them rebook it and take my free cash. Way to go Courtyard by Marriott! Excellent business practices

"It was ok for a night but problems made it not worth the 160. Disappointing and scary!"

We did not buy breakfast. Very expensive. Like microwave and fridge in room. Love having carpet on floor. Spacious room and comfy beds

We could not get the door open. The lock on the door appeared to have been cored out. I was unable to turn the lock which seemed very unsafe. The tv left a white light the size of the screen that would not go out the entire night. A towel did not solve the problem. It was not clear which heat source worked. The thermostat on the wall would go no higher than 65. Hmm it was 45 outside.
