"Great location for quilt week!"

Really nice remodel hotel. Location was great for the quilt week in Paducah. The cost of the room’s breakfast should be part of the package.

If it had not been quilt week , I would have had to pay for meals. Booking . Com said that a small cost for breakfast and another small cost for dinner was incorrect. But because of quilt week the hotel was gracious enough to provide breakfast.

This place needs all new staff. VERY unprofessional and cannot believe how some of them are allowed to work there with the conversations we were hearing and how they talked to a customer while we were waiting for our food in the main lobby area. We will never stay at the Paducah location again. Also there is mold in the showers and they weren’t very clean. Do not recommend.

"Not terrible but below Marriott standards"

If you're staying at a Marriott, it's almost always at least acceptable. That was true here. Certainly not a terrible experience. However, they list "hot tub" (which my wife and I value), but the "hot" tub was lukewarm (probably 85 degrees, maybe 90 tops) and had dirty form in it. Also, there were no towels in the pool area. So overall a disappointment and we will not be staying there again.
