Went to Paducah, Ky to eat at Sara Bradley's restaurant, the Freight House. Since it was almost a four-hour drive and it was my birthday, we decided to stay the night. Upon checking in I was greeted by Triniti who proceeded to had me a handmade, handwritten birthday card. It's small things, such as this, that take a good employee to GREAT employee status. The hotel was clean; staff was friendly and helpful. Room was priced comparable to other hotels in the area. Only thing negative I have to say is the balcony was extremely small. Not worth the extra money you have to pay for a balcony room!
