Courtyard Paducah West

It is always a great experience here at this hotel. The staff is one of the greatest that I have seen. Always courteous, polite and always goes above and beyond their expectations here. Best staff and hotel in Paducah.

Although we did not eat breakfast .. We did however eat one of the best Pizza's made in-house.. Ever! highly recommend it... We also gave our compliments to receptionist downstairs in reference to the comfort of the bed but everything in general. During our Coast to Coast driving adventure.... This Hotel ranked #1 out of 8 hotels we stayed in....

I will never, ever stay at a Marriott hotel again. I stepped out on the balcony and pulled the sliding door half-closed and it stuck. The screen was also broken and of its track. After about an hour and a half, I yelled to a customer in the parking lot for help. When the receptionist arrived, with considerable effort he was able to force the door open enough for me to enter my room. He offered no apology and did not inquire about my well-being. He offered me nothing, but instead said "Management will hear about this." As he was leaving, I requested another room, which he accommodated. When he returned to my room with the new room pass, he watched as I, a rather small 67-year-old woman, dragged four bags down the hall to the elevator, then down the hall to the replacement room. I was clearly struggling and he offered no help. That's just RUDE. When I checked out the next morning, that receptionist inquired about my stay and I told him it was terrible because I was stranded on the balcony for over an hour. He laughed and said, "Yeh, I heard about that." HE LAUGHED. It was not funny. I've been staying at this hotel for at least 6 years and have put up with the dwindling amenities, increased expense, and reliably decreasing quality. Never again. You know, it would have gone a long, long way if the evening receptionist had apologized, offered to help me schlep my bags, and maybe, just maybe, offered me something for the trauma. Never again will I stay at a Marriott hotel.

This was an amazing property to stay at. The staff was very friendly and a hotel was very comfortable. The location is amazing. I can't say enough about the hospitality that I received. I give this place five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Passing through on a road trip. Area hotels were booked. Called and Chealsy held the room for us. Friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Pricey but worth it. Would stay here again. DeeDee the bar waitress very friendly as well. Beds comfortable as well.

The hotel's location was convenient. Can't comment on their food.

I struggled getting my room door open every time I came and went. One of my card keys did not work and the other wouldn't open the door unless I pushed with my body weight against the door and even then, it didn't budge. I got tired of fighting the door. Maintenance tried to fix it but couldn't. I asked housekeeping about trash I needed removed and gave her my room number. She assured me she'd pick it up. When I returned in the evening, the trash was still sitting inside the doorway where I'd left it. The elevator metal grate stepping into the elevator is caked with old dirt. Bed linens need replacing and pillows are lumpy. Sad part is that it's not a cheap hotel !
