Courtyard Paducah West

Initially all was well. I informed the receptionist that I was going to pay cash and gave them my credit card. I have been traveling most of my life, for business and pleasure. We were informed when and where breakfast would be served. I turned towards that area. I went down to get my husband and I some coffee for breakfast I couldn’t locate the coffee pot. I went to the counter and asked about coffee. I was informed that I had to pay for coffee. I looked around and finally saw the STARBUCKS Logo. No breakfast unless you bought it. I was not impressed and uninformed. When we were checking out I tried to pay in cash and was taxed for using cash. Paid in full. The receptionist informed me that she had to check my room before checking out. Nice clean hotel room not enough information. We were going to stay two nights. We stayed one night.

We have stayed there when traveling for several years. Last time we will stay there. No soap in dispenser in shower, pillows smelled stale, room smelled stale, side table on one side of bed was turned toward the bed and not beside (weird), mattresses not good, shower and sink water was only warm, and ceiling has leak water marks, Starbucks machine in Bistro was full of beans but person said they were out of coffee and did not make any. Desk clerk was nice but new and tried to help. We will pass on through this town the next time.

Beautiful Hotel nestled among trees away from the hustle and bustle of the towns traffic but close enough that you're just minutes away from restaurants and shops. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and for us girls, the shower has really good water pressure, so you won't have to worry about not being rinsed off well.

Bathrooms need a vent fan, and I didn't like the T.V. being to the side of the bed.

The halls smelled really good. The room was clean my bed was nice neat (No Stains!!!!) and so comfortable. And the laundry woman Ta’Kish is the BEST always friendly and has a smile! The shower always one of the best parts of my stay no matter how long you stay in there the water doesn’t get cold.

Had great weekend and even better service will come back! Been staying for years at Drury suites and wanted try something new so tried Marriott had dinner and well the wings and baked and smotherd tots were really good hot and fresh I would agree and suggest to try this location and see for yourselves

Everything was good thank I’ll be back the pillows was great the room was real clean the drink was great the pool was good and warm the bathrooms was clean the staff Was great the food was good the towels was soft thank you for all the hard work see you soon
