After 5pm you need to ask security to check you in. My room was in poor shape, holes in the floor and the door looked like it was pried open a few times with a half inch gap. Shower continuously dripped.

Not sure how this can even be an option on a Travel site. Reached out to customer service and they said I should have read everything very carefully before booking. Used needles were by our car one morning. This is more of a low income housing unit than a "hotel." Do not stay here and shame on Travelocity for offering it.

I had an amazing stay there was just noisy people playing loud music and talking really loud next to us so we had to sleep most nights around 2am

Staff is trained to take money from your deposit. They charged me $15 for a new sheet for an accidental stain on the sheet. Meanwhile the door handle was broke , the floor tile was cracked, the place was extremely dirty I should have taken pictures. Im not one to complain but since the lady charged me I want to let others know. It’s really run down, they are rude and I will not be staying there again.

Wouldn't recommend staying here. The motel was really run down and was dirty. The outside smelled like urine. Parking area wasn't very well lit. The fence surrounding the place was the only comfort. We didn't feel safe there. The lock wasn't very secure and the door and window didn't lock/shut well.
