Comfort Inn & Suites Plattsburgh - Morrisonville

Location was nice, close to restaurants, great water pool/park area.

Fridge in our room made a lot of noise when the compressor came on. Ceilings kinda under insulated for noise avoidance. Could hear ever step the person above our room made. Kept us awake for a while and up early in the morning.

Motel has everything you would need, including an indoor waterpark. The employees are very personable and want to make sure you stay here on your next trip to Plattsburgh,

At the time I booked two rooms for my sister and mother. My brother had a heart attack and was in a vegetative state at Plattsburg hospital. Your hotel was perfect for my elderly mother as it was disabled friendly, with railings in the bathroom and a lot of space. My nephews and nieces, who's father was in the coma, came to visit my sister at the hotel and were able to partake in the massive arcade/activity space/laser tag area, as a way to decompress at this stressful time. The breakfast was good and everyone was helpful.

Conveniently located. Bed was comfortable.

The outside door were not locked. You did not need to enter with a key. Staff was not at the desk. Floors were dirty. Locks on room were missing screws. Difficulty logging into internet to use the tv.
