Comfort Inn & Suites Plattsburgh - Morrisonville

We liked the location and the price was good.

We didn't like the sink not being in the bathroom and the toilet was too low.

1st- if you are here during the week, do not expect to use the pool until 4pm. I have NEVER stayed at at place that advertised how wonderful their pool area is and then was not transparent about the limited hours. We booked for a 2 night spring break adventure specifically to utilize the water park area. Try keeping 3 kids busy all day who just want to swim. Rooms are VERY out dated and not kept up. We are talking about peeling wall paper, mismatched furniture, dingey carpet and a microwave that could be older then me. My biggest issue is the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, one of my kids puked on our first night here and covered the bathroom floor and tub in vomit. I contacted the desk at 6:30 am and then again around 8:30 when we left for the morning to find something todo. When we returned at lunch time the bathroom was......cleaned? There was still vomit on the back of the door, on the walls and baseboards and shower curtains. I asked the desk at 1:40 for a new shower curtain and cleaning supplies so that I could clean the bathroom. She told me the arcade was open and someone would be in to clean my bathroom correctly. We went and spent money I didnt really want to spend (although the kids did have fun), and came back an hour later and nothing had been touched. My mind is blown that the initial house keeper thought puked being left between the tiles, on the baseboards and door and all over the shower curtain was acceptable. (SPEAKING OF THE DOOR- its oviously not for bathrooms and has considerable water damage). Makes me wonder how clean anything gets here. The grab bar in the bathroom looks like it hasent been cleaed in months. The only saving grace is how attentive the second house keeper was who came at almost 3pm. I did ask to speak with a manager who just happens to not be here early after noon on a Monday.

Beds are VERY uncomfortable.

Room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or wiped down since 2014...

Bed could of been more comfortable
