The walls were dirty. The sofa filthy. Carpet grungy. The most unkempt Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in.

I went into my room and the bed was not made there were chicken wings left on the tv stand there were poop smudges on the toilet bowl. The room was not made or cleaned. It was pretty nasty. They had to move me into another room. Last thing I wanted to do after driving 15 hours with my 9 year old.

"What we needed, perfect for a good night rest. Quiet."

Breakfast was great, huge selections. Staff very accommodating. Something low, they replaced ASAP. Had plenty. Thank you for having a complementary breakfast.

Our light bulb in bathroom burnt out. The one over the sink and mirror. Hard to apply makeup in the dark. Advised staff but no response. Advised again when we left for the next person.

"Please don’t choose this place."

Location

Bathtub drain was blocked! I couldn’t call the reception because the room phone is dead!! Went down to the reception and there was no one to fix it. I offered to do it myself and got a plunger from the reception and returned it!!! The toilet seat has only one screw!! Yes, the second screw is completely missing!! The seat moved all over and girls in my family were not comfortable using the toilet. Lastly, a large chunk of of wall paper was detached and hanging down exposing the moldy wall behind!! Gross!! What a shame, this is an IHG property!!
