They were supposed to refund me my money but they said y'all kept it they gave my refund to Hotels.com. I am still waiting on my refund. They were very rude and did not have the room I was promised when making my reservation

The rooms looked nice online but horrible in person. Unpainted areas, moldy walls, holes in wall. Wasn’t worth the stay. The site says queen bed but they were full size beds.

Property is messy a/c unit wasnt that cold, there was no cold water, elevator was messy and hot, and breakfast was limited and no staff was stocking nor cleaning.
