The stablishment needs some retouch on the outside, looks a little forgoten but the rooms are really nice

Don’t ever book here. Trash hotel, trash pool, dirty!!! Don’t get bed bugs here.

Room was clean. tv control not working and ran out of breakfast. kitchen area very dirty. Complained to clerk but didn't really cared. My suggestion would be to remove this hotel from your offers.

Homless in patking lot No hot water No lights in msim section

Was not even plates for breakfast, was only waffles and very little, had to put waffles on a bowl, not even cups for coffee. And NO SYRUP!! AND MOST OF ALL NO HOT WATER

When we arrived we were first in line, two others arrived after us. The front desk person saw us walk in first as they were helping someone already. The proceeded to help two others that arrived after we did. While we were “waiting” we overheard there was no hot water. I specifically put my reservation for wheelchair accessible and they proceeded to put it in the second floor. Said there’s an elevator. When going to our room, the said “elevator” did not work. The hallways were full of trash and dirty. Elevator once it started working, looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Our room was filthy, hadn’t been mopped the framed art had mold and smoke stains. Overall a horrible experience. There were no towels in our room. We weren’t told we had to ask for them.

This is honestly this is one of the worst places i’ve ever stayed at. There was trash everywhere outside the property, and inside the room itself the bedsheets had stains on them, hair in the sink, no hot shower water, and a light in the bathroom that kept flickering. We thought to ourselves that maybe the breakfast in the morning might be better… wrong. The hot food looked and tasted old, fridge where the yogurt was kept at wasn’t even cold and the floors and countertops were very dirty. It just made everything unappetizing. I would not recommend staying here.
