There was no working phone in room, missing toilet paper, payed for non-smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes. The chair in room was broken and the shower was dirty and the hot water would turn cold while showering.
Stopped in for a quick and affordable overnight while on a road trip. I chose to sleep in my car instead. The lobby was clean and nicely decorated for the holiday. The room was TERRIBLE. Bugs. Dirt. Hair. Awful smell. Not sure if they gave me a dirty room or if this was their sad excuse for clean. The one light in the room was dim and flickering. The bathroom was perhaps the worst. Stained tub. Toilet paper holder and faucet weren’t attached! Bugs were coming up from the drain. There must be a health code violation here. If you have another option, stay there instead.
I travel a lot for work so when I come into town, I stay for about a week to two weeks at your location, depending on what my job requires, but my second day staying there this time, the lady at the front desk wad very rude and very unprofessional. The second I walked in to renew my stay for the second day. She said “aren’t you on the DNR list?” and I said “no why would I be?” when she looked me up I wasn’t even in the system at all because my last stay there was over a month ago. I’ve never given you guys any problems anytime I stay there. I keep the room very clean and I don’t leave a mess when I leave. And I don’t give you any problems and like I said every time I come there I spend my hard earned money there and I stay for a whole week to two weeks. So when she looked me up in the system to renew my stay for the second night my name didn’t even come up in the system And instead of apologizing she just said “oh I probably confused you with someone else@ that was very unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable. so after I renewed my stay that day I left the following day and moved to a different location uo the street. My whole thing is if I was on the DNR list Why would I be allowed to stay the previous night? Don’t you think the person that checked me in would have said that? she should have checked the system before making an assumption like that before even looking my name and reservation up. I am a loyal customer and I did not appreciate being treated like that.
This was the absolute worst stay I have ever had anywhere the room was completely trashed bedding burnt shower filthy toilet paper holder falling out of the wall and hurt my child requested a refund she said no requested a room change they said they would let us know went back 5 times all for them to say they are going to check and that housekeeping just arrived so they would let us know and they never did aside from that there was very roudy people all night absolute horrible experience I want a refund.

The room was run down, with a foul odor, the sheets were dingy and stained. I left and counldnt stay. The worst hotel room I've experienced.

Pesimo servicio! No teniamos toallas en el baño, al solicitarlas en recepcion el trato fue grosero y simplemente nos dijeron que no tenian. El agua de la regadera fría, no funciono la calefacción. No pusieron papel de baño. El desayuno que ofrecen insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes. Es la tercera vez que me hospedo pero con esta pésima experiencia no vuelvo a resevar ahi. Hay mas hoteles que por el mismo precio ofrecen mucho mejor servicio
I arrived and was giving a room under construction and the clerk wasn't aware of it. Went back and was giving a different room with a broken door lock. Went back to the clerk and was giving another room with broken heater. I called for service and never showed up. The next morning the manager gave us a king size bed room. Very grateful, but I didn't ask for room service when I came back from running errands someone came into my room and fixed up my room. I was VERY disappointed. I felt like my privacy was invaded without permission and I did not give permission I did report it to the clerk in the morning and I let him know that it was very uncomfortable for them to come into my room without me notifying for room service or anything else. The doors kept locking up and we had to go back into the office and get our key reactivated again and again and again very uncomfortable very unprofessional. It was VERY dirty and unhealthy and unsafe. I have pictures but it won't let me download them
The pictures on the expedia are deceiving. Looks nothing like the photos. Extremely dirty and a lot of the property was broken or damaged. The staff was also extremely rude and unhelpful. Never again with I book here. Was asked to revise my review after submitting but there is nothing against the guidelines in what I said.
