Days Inn by Wyndham Greenville

Our first initial encounter was a strong smell of marijuana as soon as you walk in the lobby. When we went to the other end of the hotel to go into our room next to the pool, there was people sitting outside smoking. The entryway smelled like pot and so did our room. When we informed the front desk clerk, he gave us some spray. I have severe asthma so this was a problem. We do not have a Jacuzzi tub and the other hotels that we’ve stayed at had a drain nut that the stopper screwed down in. So we thought it was broke. Management had not told the front desk employees so they didn’t tell us that’s just how it was. So we did not get to use the Jacuzzi tub and they would not let us out of the room nor give us any money back on it. The manager said they weren’t allowed because it was booked through a third-party, which is a lie, management always has the availability to refund. I know this because I used to work for a Days Inn hotel. The morning that we left, the sheet had accidentally come off the side of the bed and we found what looked to be a huge poop stain. We are mortified. I feel sick. The floors were gritty, the refrigerator was rusted The Jacuzzi was dirty and leaked. They don’t even have a coffee pot in the room. If I could give this hotel no stars I would. Disgusting place to stay.
