Hampton Inn Anderson

I liked the breakfast and it was safe and quiet. I didn't like the condition of the room. A drawer was missing in the bathroom, the fridge didn't get cold, the shelf in the shower was falling off.

It is a fabulous place to stay, I have stayed there several times this spring and summer. The morning girl, Elle, I think is her name is just wonderful, I adore her.

Cleanliness, it was very quiet for a Saturday night and our room was right by the elevator.

We wanted two nights and the girl had only booked us one night

Staff was great. Elevator sucked

The bed was comfortable and the room had a good bathroom.

The carpet is old and dirty, which makes the air quality poor. It affected my allergies. The floors throughout the hotel were sticky. The elevator didn't work.

Stay was ok; elevator wasn’t working well when we arrived (would take forever for door to close) and the next day an “out of order” sign was posted on it…however, no sign was posted or direction given on how to access the stairs (not next to the elevator), nor the front desk number or who to call if you needed assistance—which was important for at least a few of the guests that o met while staying there (one, a very elderly couple o tried to assist in the stairwell as they were clutching the railing and walking very slowly downstairs), and another guest in the stairwell who shared that her daughter was up in the room on crutches from knee surgery. The elevator remained down for the two days that I was there—I think better communication was needed.it wasn’t u too day 3 that someone at the front desk actually informed guests and apologized to say the elevator was still down. Otherwise we just walked in and had to check for ourselves. One additional issue was a spotlight outside (perhaps solar driven?) was very bright but unsteady and kept flashing. I noticed that this would be seen at night in some of the residents rooms and was thankful it wasn’t mine! When I went to report to the front desk she seemed unperturbed (as if maybe she already knew?) and I encouraged her to come outside and look at the strobe effect, but she simply said “ok” and stayed at the desk.

Great staff !! We love having breakfast every day And so peaceful there. Thankyou

Met my expectations of a dependable good quality stay at Hampton Inns.
