"Not worth the money"

The beds are uncomfortable. The hall way and elevators just stink. There's no hot water and we were told there was a laundry service but they don't have that. The wifi is only free for 7 days any day after that you have to pay. If you have money just go to the holiday Inn expresss. The rooms are clean but not worth it just for the hotel to stink and just be terrible

"Elle was awesome "

Service was way above excellence. Elle (your staff person at the front desk) made a room available for us even though we were a day late and missed our reservation. The only room available was a room that had leaked water from the window and the carpet was saturated. Though the room was very rank with the smell of dirty socks, we had no where else to go. Elle made it possible for us to have a room to stay in.

"Comfort and security in a major storm."

The staff did a great job of keeping guests safe and secure as Helene hit the area full force. There was still coffee and a hot breakfast, and I watched staff members scurry to make sure things were working as well as possible under the circumstances.

Customer service agents were absolutely wonderful to deal with. No issues with check-in or checking out. Breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. Even though I don't drink coffee it smelled absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean as we. Having nice clean and fresh smelling showers and towels. I will be staying here again.

Everything was on point when walk through those doors. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. The hotel was CLEAN, will definitely stay again!
