If I could give this experience a negative - rating I would! I used booking.com and booked with a credit card and it was processed. I get there and was informed we had to pay $100 incidental as well so I used my debit card. After checking out my debit card was showing a pending account of the room total as well due to the “front desk manager” saying it was routed incorrectly on their end and basically told me I had to wait 3-5 business days to get that money back!! She also tried to blame it on the system and someone else when she was the same woman that checked me and my family in. I then spoke with the general manager over this inconvenience and she was trying to explain it wasn’t a mistake on their end when it definitely was; I have the proof on my bank account! Watch making reservations at this location. Not to mention when we got there the first room was so hot and they had to switch us then the next room we got was still not comfortable and we had to have maintenance in and out of our room multiple times to fix the system.. A family trip turned into a headache due to their mistake, never again.

The hotel has been remodeled and is very neat, clean and modern. Room had full fridge and freezer. AC worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is not very nice, but it was safe and a great value. Less than 15 minute drive to Westerville for dinner and shops.
