"Staff was apologetic but manager was full of excuses."

Good location, close to restaurants and shops, expressway and easy to get downtown.

We were checked into a room that was already occupied after waiting for 20 mins to check in. No hot water to shower in the am, kids from tournaments running all over the place, no coffee and no breakfast.

"Incredibly disappointing. Especially for over $200 a night."

Room was right outside the elevator. Heard drunk people getting on from midnight till 2:30 am and then everyone for breakfast starting at 6:30am. Went for breakfast on Sunday at 9am and all the food was gone.
