Rooms were as described. The warm, professional greeting at check-in was nice.Being offered sparkling wine and the macarons in our room were a special touch. Complimentary warm breakfast and in-room snacks and beverages were added bonuses. Bathrobes and yes, slippers! added to a luxurious feeling. I cannot say enough about the artwork throughout the hotel. I appreciated both local artists and more well-known. Valet service was efficient and all hotel staff we encountered were polite. We attended the Art Car Parade and could easily walk to it. It’s a perfect location for theater, symphony, opera and a short drive to the Museum of Fine Arts. Highly recommend The Lancaster Hotel and would stay here in the future.

The facility was beautiful and super clean. The breakfast and in room snacks and amenities were a great treat. The staff is the true gem of this hotel. The gentleman greeting you at the door and valet area were consistently friendly and helpful. What a great first impression. The front staff was kind, efficient, and professional. The wait staff and housekeeping staff were always friendly and helpful. In addition to the amazing staff, the location was super convenient and walking distance to many top notch restaurants. I would HIGHLY recommend The Lancaster to anyone visiting the Houston area.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.
