The Lancaster Hotel

The Lancaster Hotel never fails to provide us with a great stay. From the valet parking service to the reception desk, guests are welcomed with warmth and hospitality. Our valet always remembers us and makes sure our luggage is handled with care. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated as well as being very clean. The bartenders can’t be topped and the restaurant is excellent. Don’t miss a chance to rest and relax in this lovely hotel.

Hotel deserves 5 stars, has a bright soul. The front desk provided us with a map and some places to choose from to enjoy our last day in downtown. One of the places I visited was post Houston, which did not disappoint at all. It was about a 10minute walk from the hotel with a nice view. I do want to point out a few minor things. The toilet was not working properly, and there were quite a few dishes outside that had not been picked up (likely a miscommunication between staff), along with a couple of other small details. when I mentioned them to the receptionist, Kevin answered, Kevin was very apologetic and made sure the information did not go unnoticed. Truly one of a kind with a great sense of humor. Next time I visit Houston, I know exactly where I’ll stay. Yes, every hotel has small issues from time, but the staff and the way everything was handled here was perfect. 5 stars.

Spałem tam jedną noc - pokój bardzo ładny, na śniadaniu wszystko co niezbędne w bardzo miły otoczeniu. Dodatkowo hotel oferuje dostęp do siłowni która jest dosłownie budynek obok i ma świetną jakość Gorąco polecam.

I enoyed my stay. The room was confortable, my wife loves the artwork and the breakfast was good. Thanks Kevin for being helpful in answering all my questions.

The room itself was fine. Would leave a better rating, but had an awkward and unpleasant experience on the morning of check out. We were told at check in by reception that breakfast went until 11 am. The hotel website also has 11am. Tried to go eat at 10:30 and was told, by I guess the manager, that it was over at 10:30, like duh-so then we went to the restaurant down by the lobby and had to find someone to help us to see if the place was open and I’m guessing it was another manager popped out of the kitchen door and looked at us like we had two heads and gave us a sarcastic “um, yes “. Finally had to flat out ask if we could be seated. Real chilly guy and acted like we were putting him out. Not a very warm fuzzy from either dining areas. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Unique place, late checkout as standard and the most hospital stuff you can see. Especially the guys at the front desk and vallet.

Location / easily accessible / feels very personal from staff interaction to little touches in hotel - this is my second time to book in last week on seperate occasions I was so impressed
