Always a great hotel to stay at. The hotel has a classy vibe that doesn’t disappoint and service is top notch. Location is terrific with walking access to the theater district, Bayou Music Center and lots of restaurants/bars.

Well, it took me a bit to write this review because I have been under the weather, but I’m Back! We recently visited the Lancaster Hotel and let me tell you they did not disappoint. From the General Manager Pete Shim who was very personable, communicative, and delightful, to Front Desk Kevin who was professional, kind, and always welcoming, to the Concierge Daniel who is joyful and caters to all our needs, and to the restaurant staff Hannah, Jessie, and Keith….we appreciate you. I do not care how fancy a hotel (or any establishment is), if the service stinks so does the place of business. I believe good service starts at the top and GM Pete has set the bar high. While riding in the elevator I jokingly said oh so I get it Pete you must crack that whip (meaning keeping your employees In order) he gave a gentle smile and said no I don’t have to do that. This lets me know that his employee’s work hard because they are treated with professionalism, respect, and common decency. Now as for the hotel, it is elite, gorgeous entryway, beautiful paintings and artwork on the wall, a gorgeous lobby with curved staircase, and much more. The rooms are spacious, typically with a wonderful view with sitting room, fresh robes and slippers for relaxation and even a bottle of champagne and lite snacks for special occasions. I will attach a few pictures so that you can experience some of what we experienced. Always a pleasure. I highly recommend and we will return. Thanks for all you do Lancaster Hotel…looking forward to a return visit and happy 100th.

The Location is great. And the Atmosphere. It’s great too. Gary is the best, he’s always looking for help you. Fully recomended.

Sabrina Martinez made our stay very pleasant. We forgot some stuff and she called us for us to pick it up. I felt like I was staying at home.

Excellent stay. The property is well managed, clean and in a great location. The staff was professional and welcoming, Kevin was specially helpful making our stay even better. My only suggestion would be to add some weights to the fitness center since the other gym is closed on weekends.
