"Nightmare stay being woken up by staff at 2:30 AM."

They woke me up at 2:30 am. I booked this for a business trip. The lack of any place to plug in a laptop near the desk was already a strike. Then the clogged drain in the sink was also a problem, but not necessarily a deal-breaker. It seemed ok. But then I needed to add a second night after I was checked in. The clerk at the desk didn't seem to understand what I was asking for and she said she didn't have a password for the manager, so she told me to come back to the desk after 11 pm to book a second night. Instead, I got on the phone with Choice Hotels and extended my stay by a second night. I gave them my credit card info and went to bed. The next night, which is right as I am writing this, my cell phone rang at 2:30 am. The front desk demanded that I come down before 6 am to pay for my room. Which I had already paid for online. This hotel woke me up at 2:30 am before I need to be up for an extremely important business trip to pay for a hotel room that I already paid for over the phone. After I already interacted with the front desk multiple times and if they needed a card swipe they could have already asked when I spoke with them in person. Or asked me in the morning. Or at LITERALLY ANY TIME OTHER THAN WAKING ME UP AT 2:30 AM. They did this to a gold member of Choice Hotels, who stays with Choice literally every two weeks like clockwork. God help you if you don't have any status here. After paying, again, I tried to go back to my room and they had voided my card so I couldn't get back into my room. I had to go back down to the lobby and demand that they restore the card and let me into my room. This place is an absolute nightmare. Especially for business travelers. If you want to be woken up by a phone call at 2:30 am and have your sleep completely destroyed for whatever you had in mind for the next day, then this is the place.

"Nice and Comfort Stays at Hampton I-64"

We checked in at late afternoon and it was very comfortable and helpful. When we entered the room, it was nice and clean. Bathroom was very clean and bright, bath tub was spotless.

Was there for my sons graduation from military school. Perfect location. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Wish they offered more of a selection for breakfast.
