"It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was helpful. I did not have to wait long to check in."

"Annual fishing trip"

This was our 4th year staying at this hotel. It's comfortable and convenient. We like the area. Rooms were decent and beds were good. Really liked that we are next to Patrick Henry Mall and Chedders, Robins Nest etc...

My room was spacious. It was nearby where I needed to go. The parking was sufficient and easy.

Four of the five electrical outlets were worn out and basically unusable - so loose that whatever you plugged in would fall right out. The bed sheets were wrinkled. Although they were clean, the wrinkles made it look unappealing. The free breakfast selection was limited and even still some of the items were run out.

The staff was very nice and patient and the cleanliness was top notch .. the rooms were also very comfortable.. great location right near a shopping mall with great restaurants.. the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing
