Location. They honored our request to put our rooms together

Breakfast floor was dirty when we came down for breakfast and we were early. Not enough electrical plugs in the rooms.

"They charged more and refused to refund it"

Do not trust this hotel. They charged me $100 hold. Said they refunded it. When I called a few days later, was told it would be 7-10 business days for it to post. Called again and the had put it has a cash refund. When they said they put it through my bank, they actually took another $100 out of my bank. Front desk is rude and refused to get me a supervisor
