I had stayed their a few days in a row and when I checked in I told them I would b making day to day reservations due to how I was able to pay for the room I asked prior to see if I could just have my room checked in as I work very late hours and I don’t wake by 11am the front desk people said yes and then I had went by that thinking they would just check me in I went to get my key made and sign my paper I asked for the manager and asked y I couldn’t just be checked in beings I already had a paid reservation with the hotel threw hotels.com so she started to become rude I asked who her boss would b so I could speak to them at that point she told me I had to leave so I called the police due to the fact I hadn’t done anything and then she took my money for my deposit and acted like I didn’t give her money for it Alissa the girl that on the first day checked me in took my 50$ and my reservation and now I’m out my money for the reservation plus my deposit plus now I am in my car due to her taking all of my money

Never got to stay. Booked my room and when i got there they said they were fully booked. They had the door locked to the business.

First of all they don't even have King beds at this hotel and I had reserved one that's only the beginning. The first room they gave me was so disgustingly dirty and had fly tapes hanging from the ceiling there was no sheets on one of the beds there was food dried to the floor the bathroom was disgusting I wouldn't even put my dog in that shower. When I asked they did switch me to another room however they told me at the front desk the window was broken but that was the only the storm window and that there's cold air and that would be fine when I got into the room there was glass everywhere the glass had not even been cleaned up. The outlet in the bathroom and in the sink area / vanity was no power no outlets worked and the lights did not work so we had to put a lamp on the floor and run a cord in order to use the restroom. Terrible sheets stains on the bed there's only one pillow for two beds there was no towels no washcloths in the room at all no soap no shampoo no tissues there's barely any toilet paper we were told to bring a light bulb from the other room because the light in the bathroom wasn't working I had told her when we tried that other bulb it didn't work either there's an electrical problem also the pipes under the sink must have been loose because when I used the sink for the first time water sprayed everywhere underneath and I just had my husband tighten up the plumbing underneath I already knew they weren't going to do anything andthere's no phone and no Wi-Fi

I never got to stay there. The first room they put me in had no air-conditioning and the beds look like they had just been slept in. Went down to ask for a second room and they gave me one that somebody was staying in or had recently stayed in and left everything nasty. The third room had no air conditioner at all and the fourth room looked like somebody had just slipped in it. This is the worst hotel I have ever tried to stay in mind you tried, because I left, and I am requesting my money back. This motel should be condemned because there is nothing but crackheads and dope dealers that hang out around this thing.

I cannot explain how terrible this room was. There was an actual hole in the wall where the AC unit should have been. The lock on the door did not function. It was absolutely disgusting. We checked out immediately and did not spend the night.

They were sold out. I had to sleep in my truck.

Filthiest hotel I've ever seen in my life. Trash everywhere. Guessing the housekeeping staff quit, because there was a bunch of trash piled up against the housekeeping door. Garbage piled up by the vending machine. People smoking meth in the parking lot. Broken glass where someone had obviously broken into a car. It appears to primarily be a homeless shelter and I feel real sorry for the people that were bringing a baby crib in at 1:30 in the morning. I was booked in here sight unseen by Expedia after they'd screwed up two other reservations that night. When I opened the door to the room, my first thought was I was in the wrong room, because there was a pile of trash next to the trash can and the beds were unmade. Pillows missing from one of the beds. Absolutely filthy. I didn't look at the bathroom, just standing in the doorway was enough. I told the night clerk I wasn't staying and I wanted a refund, and left without even having another reservation, it felt that dangerous. The picture in the listing bears zero resemblance to what my room looked like. The night clerk said they couldn't authorize the refund without the manager's approval and the manager wouldn't be back til Wednesday. This was Saturday. After not hearing anything back, I followed up again with Expedia (now 10 days later), and the hotel stalled again. Finally they refused the refund. Terrible experience, misleading pictures. Grimy, filthy, dangerous. Do not stay here.

Got to the hotel and was told our room was given away! Had a confirmation number and was told to take it up with the booking site and the lady walked away!

We booked a night at this hotel. Once we got there after a 21 hour drive they told us they had no rooms left.
