Terrible place , prefer to sleep in cat than this place

The first room offered the toilet didn't work. The second room the door key didn't work and staff had to let me in every time I left, There was no TV and no towels or hot water. I was told that I didn't rate a refund because I was given a double even though I booked a single but was given a double because the single had no working toliet.

I did not stay! The door wouldn't lock & could be opened from outside with a push. The deadbolt didn't work & the refrigerator was hot. They said they would not charge me as i wasn't there for 10 minutes. Where is my credit? I still see a charge on my credit card.

Fist room had no light second room had flys dirty and bed bugs.

This place should be torn down, people openly doing drugs in the parking lot. The room itself smelled like an ashtray, dirty sheets, no towels, no shower curtain. I couldn't even stay here. Left and got a different room

The lady at the front door really really tried her hardest, but the building was the building itself was decent the rooms were run down and in shambles the sinks were not in the where the sinks go and they were cockroaches

We were given a room that had not been cleaned, beds had not been made, trash was on the floor and it smelled of pot. The lady at the front desk quickly gave us another room, but as we were going to it we noticed broken windows and an unsavory crowd of people hanging around the room. We left and did not stay at this hotel.

Lobby door latch didn't work properly and would only stay open with a spare key card slipped between the door frame and jamb. First room I was checked in to appeared to have just been vacated after months of occupation: food smeared all over inside of fridge; cigarette butts in the sink, toilet bowl coated with mold; water covering the floor from the sink to the door; a child's basketball jersey covering the smoke detector; beds in disarray; no towels. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk attendant, who assigned me another room that had also not been cleaned (used towels and bedding, though marginally cleaner otherwise). I returned to the office to ask for a refund, was told it was my prerogative if I didn't want to stay there and I would have to contact Expedia for a refund. Worst facility I've ever seen in the US.

Asked to switch rooms because bed wasn’t made and room was dirty. They says they can’t switch my room but would bring up new sheets and pillow. Needed pillow and sheets for bed. Called a bunch of times and they said they would bring it up. Next time they said will bring up after shift change. That never happened. Called and asked again. No body answered. Go down to front desk and nobody in there and nobody will answer. Bed was very uncomfortable.
