GreenTree Inn Albuquerque

Area not too bad hotel seems is an older hotel. Bathroom and beds were clean however walls baseboards and doors were dirty. Phone didn’t work at all . Had a hard time with tv . Front desk wasn’t helpful. Had issues with my reservations

Excellent motel for the price point. Friendly staff and a nice free breakfast.

Hotel needs a makeover.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My family and I felt safe and comfortable at this hotel. Great budget friendly place.

Upon check in, we were told that one of the light switches inside the room should remain ON at all times. It was the power source for fridge, tv and lamps. Inside the room, both light switches were off. The fridge was warm inside and obviously had been off for a long time. The front desk lady offered to change our room. She opened 2 other rooms and found the switches were off in them as well. She said the room cleaning staff had made this error. She finally said she would upgrade our room to a newly remodeled one. The only things I noticed that were different were a funky lighted mirror, a new faucet that was not clean, base boards replaced in the bathroom which were 1 inch shorter than the previous baseboards and there remained the obvious dirry stripe above the new ones. There was no plug for the tub (my husband likes to take a bath). The curtains were missing clips to be hung correctly. The sheets were thread bare. The sink drained very slow. The carpet looked like it had been shampooed but still had stains. When i sat at the foot of the bed, the head of the bed raised up from the bed frame underneath...like a teeter totter. Box springs mattress? It was collapsed on the edges. Our scene from our room window was a very dirty abandoned hotel. Broken windows, trash inside the fence, and there was razor wire on the chain link to deter anyone trying to enter the property. It was a disappointment.

My room needed quite a bit of work looks like had mold in the shower, which is troublesome-the Property is located in is really getting rundown price is very reasonable- Overall, you get what you pay for-low price low quality-low clientele

I liked Everything about it.

Very dog friendly with multiple places for dog relief. Denny's across the street is excellent! The free breakfast is good as well.

Loved our room, loved having an elevator, great full breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location seems a little sketchy, but we did not have any problems. The property next-door is an abandoned motel, with broken windows and graffiti. Honestly, it was kind of cool looking and made me want to go exploring. But some folks might find that offputting. There is a fence between and I did not feel unsafe.

The Property was clean, very calm environment.
